1. Will it tarnish or oxidize?
Sterling silver may naturally tarnish over time due to oxidation. This is a normal characteristic of silver and does not indicate a defect.
With proper care and maintenance, tarnishing can be minimized. We recommend avoiding contact with water, sweat, perfume, and chemicals, and storing the jewelry in a sealed bag when not in use.
2.Will it cause allergies?
The store owner has highly sensitive skin and personally selects and wears each item. Most of our products are made of S925 sterling silver, which helps reduce the risk of allergies.
However, individual skin sensitivity varies, and we cannot guarantee that everyone will be allergy-free. If you have worn silver jewelry before without allergic reactions, you are unlikely to experience any issues.
3.What is Sterling Silver (S925)?
Sterling silver is an alloyed form of silver that is suitable for everyday jewelry.
Pure silver (99.9%) is very soft and not practical for most jewelry designs. By alloying silver with copper, S925 sterling silver is created, consisting of 92.5% silver and 7.5% copper, which improves durability. This is why it is often stamped with “925.”
4.How long does shipping take?
After placing an order, we will ship the items accordingly. In-stock items are shipped within 2-3 days (excluding holidays).
Singapore:
Delivery will take 2-3 business days. (excluding weekends/public holidays)
Malaysia:
Delivery will take 5-10 business days. (excluding weekends/public holidays)
5.How long does pre-order take?
Pre-order items usually take around 3 weeks to arrive.
Once the item is ready, it will be shipped out immediately.
6.Can I return or exchange the item?
Due to hygiene reasons, jewelry is considered a personal intimate item and returns or exchanges are not accepted.
If there is any issue with the item’s quality, please contact us within 24 hours of receiving the item.

7.How should I care for my jewelry?
To maintain its condition:
- Avoid contact with water, perfume, sweat, and chemicals
- Remove before showering or exercising
- Store in a sealed bag when not in use
